Shipping & Delivery
We provide free shipping on orders over $75 (before taxes) to Canada and the United States.
We provide international shipping to 179 countries. Please see below to ensure your destination is not on our list of countries we do not currently ship to.
Rates are provided at checkout.
All orders containing preorder items will be held and shipped together on the expected ship date (of the preorder item). Please note the expected ship dates for preorder items on each individual product page.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the address and other shipping information is entered correctly. We are unable to change the address once it has been entered. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If a package is returned as non-deliverable, a store credit will be issued for the net price of your items excluding shipping. If you refuse a package from MASSOLUXE.COM, you will be credited the price of your items excluding the original shipping costs and the shipping costs to return the package to us.
If the tracking information for your package states that it is delivered and you have not received it - please contact the courier stated in your shipment confirmation. MASSOLUXE.COM does not issue refunds for packages that are marked as delivered.
Please note: we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government.
Please allow up to 24-36 hours for order processing times. Items will only be processed Monday - Friday and will not be processed on weekends or holidays. Shipping estimates do not include processing times, weekends or holidays.
