Returns & Exchanges

Returns: 

All items may be returned within 20 days of the date of shipment. Masso Luxe will not accept any returns past 20 days of the date of shipment. All refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Please see below for return instructions.

Return items must be unworn/unwashed, free of any stains (including makeup or deodorant), free of pet hair and free of any distinct smells/odours (including perfume or deodorant) with all product tags attached. 

If your item is defective it must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery - please note that if a defect is not reported within the specified time period you will not receive a refund. We will cover up to $7.95 of the return shipping costs for defective items only.

If your item is incorrect it must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery - please note that if it is not reported within the specified time period you will not receive a refund. We will cover up to $7.95 of the return shipping costs for incorrect items only. 

Merchandise can be returned to our distribution centre. All packages must have a tracking number as lost packages without tracking information will not receive a refund.

Original shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

Any and all customs fees and duties incurred by Masso Luxe will be charged back to the customer. Incorrect or defective items are exempt. 

Refunds will be issued within 15 business days of receipt of delivery of your package.  Please account for institutional processing times.

All bodysuits, undergarments and styles including undergarments are final sale. If these items are returned and received by our facility a 50% handling fee will be charged. 

Exchanges: 

We do not offer exchanges. 

Our styles are in high demand and we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to receive will be in stock. 

Cancellations: 

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed because we begin processing it immediately. For further inquiries please contact us: support@massoluxe.com and include your order number. 

Pre-order items:

Please note: if your order contains any preorder item(s), the remainder of your order will be immediately prepared and will ship once your preorder item becomes available. 

Damaged items: 

Please email support@massoluxe.com with 'DAMAGED ITEM' and your order number in the subject line. Our customer support team will get back to you with a solution.

Refused and undeliverable packages:

Orders that are refused by the customer upon delivery and orders that were rendered "undeliverable" by the courier will be subject to a $4.95 handling fee.
